Channel.- of special design, built completely in stainless steel of Aisi 304 or 316 quality, it has incorporated some pleats in its upper part in order to give location to the protective lids. Surrounding it, some reinforces of U shape are introduced to guarantee the correct operation of such equipment.
Inlet mouth.- design and dimensions according to needs, built in stainless steel of Aisi 304
Compacting head.- screwed to the transportation channel allows its easy withdrawal in case of maintenance. It has incorporated a filtrating screen jointly with a counterweight, which make easier and accomplish the compacting effect. Built in completely in stainless steel of Aisi 304 or 316 quality .
Protective lids.- located in the upper part of the transportation channel, longitudinal section, they have built- in a withered arm for their extraction. Built in stainless steel of Aisi 304 or 316 quality.
Carrier bed.- Non wearing polyethylene Hd-I000. curved section.
Equipment support legs.- directly welded to the transportation channel, the distribution, quantity and assemblage position will be according to the implantation. Built in stainless steel of Aisi 304 or 3| 6 quality.
Helicoidal screw.- Built in stainless steel of Aisi 304 or 316 quality. This has correctly coupled some brushes welded directly to it, which will have the precise diameter to make de precise cleaning of the draining zone located in the transportation channel.
Motor equlpment.- composed by an engine drive group that by means of a direct transmission powers the main axis in which the helicoidal screw is fastened. Built in laminated stainless steel profiles of Aisi 304 or 316 quality.
