Helicoidal grit classifier SCREWBLADE

Characteristics

The water/ sand mixture is pumped to the clasificador helicoidal. They create a flujo laminar, due to the special conception of the entrada and the shape of the tank, which favours a good decantation.

Solids are deposited at the bottom of the tub and the carrier slowly raises the particles (recommended rotation speed less than 5 r.p.m.). Without any turbulence it removes from the water and las escurre before the discharge.

There is no danger of blockage by the floating matters that are easily eliminated.

Water comes out by overflow, up to the cabecera de planta.

General characteristics

Channel.- completely built in stainless steel of Aisi 304 or 316 quality, pleats, antidesgaste bars and incorporated upper protective lids.

Storage tub.- special design, inclination, as needed, completely built in stainless steel of Aisi 304 or 316 quality. Protective lids included at the upper part, water evacuation by piping in needed position, purge valve incorporated at the bottom.

Support Patas.- Of high resistance, built in stainless steel of Aisi 304 or 316 quality, reinforcements included. (Antivibration).

Powering.- Direct coupling enginedrive, with no additional chain or piñón, minimal Ip-55standard protection, F class isolation.
