Body.- Monobloc equipment adequate for a quick assemble in site. Built in laminated stainless steel profiles of Aisi-304 or 316 quality.
Screen cleaning arm.- revolving arm in whose extreme the brush is assembled, which in its displacement is supported in the filtrating screen, evacuating and eliminating all the retained solids. Such arm is counterbalanced by the extreme opposite to the brush. Built in laminated stainless steel profiles of Aisi-304 or 316 quality.
Cleaning scraper.- Nylon scrapper assembled over metallic profile, which is supported by two articulated arms. Built in over metallic profile, that is supported by two articulations. Built in laminated stainless steel profiles of Aisi-304 or 316 quality.
Motor equipment.- Made up by an engine drive group, that by means of a direct transmission powers the main axis, in which the cleaning arm is fastened. Built in laminated stainless steel profiles of Aisi-304 or 316 quality.
Filtrating screen.- generally in triangular profile, curved depending on the spinning radius of the brush. Useful mesh according to the client’s needs. Built in laminated stainless steel profiles of Aisi-304 or 316 quality.
We do not recommend the installation of such equipment with meshes above 12 mm, or with cleaning brush of fish spine type. (Jags).
Solids recollection.- the recollection of solids can be made by means of a basket with bottom in perforated plate endless carrier, compacter, etc…
Finishing.- Standard finishing of such equipment is avesta welding rust removing and pressurized hot water jet afterwards, as optional they are supplied with glass ball spread.
For the automatic functioning of the screen, an electric board can be foreseen, which can be equipped with start – stop devices, depending on the following modalities:
-Cyclic timer
-Level Buoy
-Loss of charge detector (depending on water level)
